Contact you Exchange Server administrator. earlier i was getting "Failed to create the account. Please try again later." i have tried touchdown and it worked fine but don't want to pay for it yet. So, do i need to contact my company's support to get some particular access to my account. They may or may not give that access. How could touchdown work and not the work email app?
